The Updater Service is a multi user digital voice
recorder, dialer that's database and menu driven. It was
specifically designed to work with American Voice Mail
service. The Updater will allow
you to quickly and easily rerecord your voice mail greeting.
Businesses can used it to update
as little 1 mailbox or 100's in just minutes. Special sending
options makes this service invaluable to any business that needs to quickly
change their outgoing message, immediately or anytime in the future.

24 mailboxes can be updated in about 3 minutes!
With our
Updater Service working for you, there's no more dialing
multiple telephone numbers or complicated access codes to remember to update
your greetings. Updating your greetings on all your mail boxes is as easy as making one single telephone
call. The Updater Service will save you time and telephone
expense. The Updater Service can automatically retry failed
attempts and will notify you when there is a problem. Failed cities
can be resent by the user.
How does it work?
- Simply dial into our Toll Free Updater access number and enter
your Account ID and Password. You can call anytime, 24 hours a day to make a new message.
- Record your new outgoing message. You are able to play and
rerecord it until you are completely satisfied with the way it
sounds.
- When you ready to "Send" your message, Select Send and enter the date
and time when you want your message to be delivered. Messages
can be sent up 365 days in advance. Many message can be
prerecorded in advance and have different delivery times. Or you can select immediate delivery.
- Hang-up - That's it!
When the time you selected to send your message is the current time, the Updater
system will quickly and diligently "clone" your
message to all you mailboxes automatically. It's just that easy!
The Updater service is flexible and offers many unique features such as:
- Custom City Greetings - A static prerecorded message that's always
sent to an area code or city.
- Pre-Message - A static prerecorded message that's always sent to all
mailboxes.
- Post-Message - A static prerecorded message that's appended
at the end to all
mailboxes.

you to hear a sample of the actual message sent to be assures
your greetings were updated successfully.
